This is the best place to start if you’re new to Her Wellness Harmony.

Educational Lab Result Review

48 hour Turnaround (From when lab results are received) ¡ $125

If you’ve been told your labs are “normal” but you still don’t feel well, this service is designed to help you understand what your results actually mean — without fear-based interpretations or dismissal.

This is an educational review only and does not include diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice.

We’ll review:

  • Submitted lab results or medical reports

  • Individual markers in plain, non-alarmist language

  • Common patterns that are often overlooked

  • Context for “normal,” “borderline,” and functional ranges

  • How stress, digestion, and physiology can influence results

You'll leave with:

  • A written summary delivered via email

We start by exploring your full wellness picture and creating a personalized starting plan for the next four weeks.
This includes your gut patterns, stress rhythm, hydration, metabolism cues, sleep patterns, and supportive supplement/oil routines (optional).

Weekly Follow-Up Sessions

Each week, we meet to assess your progress and adjust your plan based on how your body is responding.
We’ll support you with:

  • gut repair

  • nervous system regulation

  • hormone-friendly timing

  • hydration + mineral rhythm

  • inflammation patterns

  • nighttime vs morning adjustments

  • supportive oils + supplements (optional)

  • realistic habit building

This package gives you consistent support, clarity, and accountability throughout the entire 4-week journey.

Food Sensitivity Test Review (Everlywell)

If you’ve taken an Everlywell test (At-Home Food Sensitivity Test or Comprehensive Food Sensitivity Test)— or I recommend one after your initial session — this review helps you understand:

  • What your reactivities actually mean

  • How to read your score patterns

  • Which foods may be irritating your gut

  • How to rotate or temporarily calm triggers

  • How to use your results without strict restriction

❓ What exactly do your coaching sessions include?

Each session includes personalized education, guidance, and support based on your symptoms, lifestyle, and goals.
We focus on gut health, hormones, metabolism, stress, and inflammation — using lifestyle, supplementation, hydration, timing, nervous system support, and essential oil strategies.

I do not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or replace your medical provider.

❓ Do you offer medical advice?

No. All of my services are educational and coaching-based only.
I help you understand your body, identify patterns, and make supportive lifestyle shifts — but I do not diagnose or provide medical treatment.

❓ Do I need lab work before working with you?

No. You can start coaching without any labs.
If you already have labs or food sensitivity tests, we can review them together.
If you haven’t taken a food sensitivity test yet, we may decide together during the Initial Consultation whether it would be helpful.

❓ How do I pay for my sessions?

All payments are securely processed through Stripe inside Systeme.io.
After payment, you’ll be directed to Calendly to schedule your session.

❓ Do you offer refunds?

Because these sessions involve personalized time and coaching, all sales are final.
If you need to reschedule, you can do so easily in Calendly.

❓ What happens after I pay?

You’ll be taken to a page where you’ll find your Calendly link.
Choose a day/time that works best for you.
You’ll receive email confirmations and reminders automatically.

❓ What if I need to reschedule?

No problem — your confirmation email from Calendly will have a reschedule button.
Please reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.

❓ Do you meet on Zoom?

Yes — all sessions are held on Zoom.
Your Zoom link will be included in your Calendly confirmation.

❓ Is this right for me if I’m dealing with gut issues, hormone imbalance, low energy, or inflammation?

At this time, I offer a 4-Week Coaching Package.
Longer coaching containers may be added in the future.

❓ Can you help me choose supplements or essential oils?

Yes — we can review what you’re currently using and explore supportive options.
I do not prescribe or replace your doctor.
I help you understand what may support your goals and what might be overwhelming your system.

⭐ Refund Policy

Because these services involve personalized coaching and dedicated session time, all sales are final.

When you book a session, you are reserving a time slot on my schedule that cannot be filled by someone else on short notice.

If you need to reschedule, you may do so through your Calendly confirmation email (see Scheduling Policy below).
Refunds are not provided for:

  • missed appointments

  • late arrivals

  • scheduling conflicts

  • unused sessions

  • changes in your availability

If you have an emergency, please reach out — I’m always willing to support you with compassion and flexibility when possible.

All sessions are scheduled through Calendly after your payment is completed.

✔ Rescheduling:

You can reschedule your session through the link in your Calendly confirmation email.
Please reschedule at least 24 hours in advance so I can offer that time to someone else.

✔ Late arrivals:

Sessions end at the scheduled time, even if you arrive late.
If you’re more than 10 minutes late, the session may need to be rescheduled and counted as your appointment.

✔ Missed appointments:

No-shows are not eligible for refunds.
You can always reschedule ahead of time if something comes up.

✔ Time zone:

Calendly automatically converts your session into your local time zone.
Please double-check your confirmation email to avoid confusion.
